  • Created clean sheet designs for Delta Propulsion Design program

  • Created 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for Propulsion Detail Parts, Assemblies, and Installations with CATIA 3DX

  • Created Designs with GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2009, ASME Y14.5-2019, and ASME Y14.47 standards

  • Resolved Integration challenges of Propulsion System with the interfacing subsystems of Delta Spaceship

  • Developed and Documented system requirements and Interface Control Models for components and Integrated Systems

  • Created free-body diagrams and performed hand stress calculations for preliminary designs

  • Performed Thermal, Structural, and Fluid Analyses for Predicting Component Performance for Propulsion System

  • Performed FEA analysis using FEMAP/NASTRAN for Static, Dynamic, and Shock & Vibe per MIL-STD-810

  • Collaborated with Manufacturing, Testing, Materials & Processes, Avionics, Fuselage, Stress Analysis, and Systems teams to assure Hardware Producibility

  • Collaborated with Testing and Analysis to Determine Proper Pressure Budget and Model Adjustments for Production using Microsoft Visio and Python

  • Designed Systems that ensured Propulsion Safety Critical parts were Electrically Bonded per NASA-STD-4003

  • Created Tolerance Stackup Analyses to ensure parts and assemblies fit together even under worst-case scenarios

  • Supported verification activities to ensure that the propulsion system meets requirements

  • Supported review of manufacturing plans and procedures to ensure compliance with the requirements

  • Coordinated with Analysis and Mission Systems to ensure component performance in flight environments

  • Supported components throughout full lifecycle from prototype to final acceptance as well as modifications and repairs

  • Evaluated manufacturing issues and supported Non-Conformance Reports
